We can work on-site or remotely, scoping out what you need, gathering the data and offering relevant advice and guidance. 

Claire did group and individual coaching without strategic leadership team and was truly inspirational in getting us to work better as a team and as individuals. She helped us to realise how we had to unlearn some of our previously successful behaviours and learn new ones to drive ourselves forwards. I find coaching a hard process but Claire made this simple for me and I have learnt and grown through the process.

Leadership Coaching: “We Grow Whatever we Focus on”

Coaching offers leaders a wide range of tools and a reflective space to develop. We see coaching as a method through which one’s own plans can be realised. Our coaches are research informed, successful leaders themselves and are highly skilled at accelerating leadership skills.

Leadership Coaching

Why?

1:1 leadership coaching offers high quality professional learning tailored around the person. This level of listening, focus and attention has been proven to be transformative with focus and chemistry. 

How?

We invite leaders to meet for 6 – 12 sessions, one to one in person and/or online into 1.5 hour coaching sessions. Each Coach works in a slightly different way bringing a blend of leadership theory and development, positive psychology and psychodynamic approaches. 

What?

The focus for coaching is confidential and determined by the aims of the Client. Coachees receive challenge by learning about and engaging with leadership and management strategies to evolve themselves through their work.

What will I receive challenge on?

Coaches are trained, research informed leaders therefore have a systemic knowledge and awareness of the key aspect driving leadership behaviours. This approach means clients get access to leadership development which is deep and transformative.
